Plan & assess
Feasibility Study
A rapid assessment of whether Petron’s technology fits your feedstock, site, and commercial targets, covering process selection, headline mass and energy balance, and indicative CAPEX/OPEX.
Detailed Project Report (DPR)
A comprehensive report consolidating technical scope, economics, and the implementation plan to support investment decisions and approvals.
LCA / Carbon-Intensity (CI) Scoring
Life-cycle assessment quantifying carbon intensity and GHG reduction versus the fossil baseline, for CORSIA, RefuelEU, and net-zero reporting.
Engineer
Process Design Package (PDP / BEDP)
Petron’s core engineering deliverable: PFDs, P&IDs, equipment list, utilities and control philosophy, catalyst specification, and technology-transfer documentation.
FEED / FEL-3 Study
Front-end engineering and design, including integration of Petron’s technology into new or existing plants.
Detailed Engineering Review
Independent review of the contractor’s detailed engineering against the licensed process.
Execute & operate
Project Management
Owner’s-engineer and licensor support through procurement, construction, and execution.
Safety Reviews (PSSR)
