Petron's Bio HPEO & Glycols technology converts renewable ethanol into bio-ethylene, high-purity ethylene oxide (Bio-HPEO), and renewable ethylene glycols.

The integrated process supports production of Bio-MEG, Bio-DEG, and Bio-TEG for use in Bio-PET, polyester fibers, packaging, antifreeze, heat-transfer fluids, solvents, and surfactants.

Petron combines proprietary ethanol-to-ethylene process technology with optimized ethylene-oxide and glycol production, including energy integration and flexible product-slate capability.
