Mr. Sarin has more than 35 years of experience in the global chemical industry. He has been involved from concept to commissioning, including design, development and operations of many Ethylene Oxide, Ethylene Glycols and Maleic Anhydride technology plants worldwide. Mr. Sarin holds a MS in Chemical Engineering from Idaho and a post-graduate degree in Petrochemical Engineering from Milan, Italy.
Mr. Ozero has developed process design packages for more than 25 Ethylene Oxide and Ethylene Glycols plants worldwide. Prior to leading Petron's technology and design team, he was the key inventor of, and Director of Technology at Scientific Design Inc. USA. He was the designer of modern boiling water reactors and single Ethylene Oxide purification column. He is the inventor of several key patents and design aspects of EO/MEG technology being used worldwide. Mr. Ozero has authored several EO/EG papers and encyclopedia and holds a B.Sc in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University (Ontario) and M.Sc in Chemical Engineering from NYU.

Jody Chapnick has had a 25-year career in commercial real estate and finance that has focused on lending, asset acquisitions, and raising equity capital for various real estate projects. He is the managing General Partner of Thaynes Capital LLC. Prior to the formation of Thaynes Capital LLC, Jody Chapnick was the director of Capital development and Asset Acquisition for Grove Property Fund. During 2012, Jody Chapnick negotiated and purchased Fidelity Property & Casualty Insurance Company for $ 140 million in an all cash purchase from Fidelity National a $ 5 billion New York Stock Exchange Company. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Brooklyn College and a MBA Finance from Pace University
For the past 25 years, Dr. Boris Chesnekov an eminent Russian Ethylene Oxide technology expert. Dr. Boris Chesnekov has been responsible for the research and development of EO/EG technology and catalysts as well as the design and implementation of EO/EG operating plants in Russia/CIS. For more than 25 years he has published papers and filed patents with Syntez, Russia.
Dr. Ganguli has more than 30 years of experience in Research and Development of catalysts, heavy oil upgrading, coal liquefaction, advanced ceramics, air pollution control technology, biomass conversion, and syngas conversion to heavy alcohols and octane booster compounds. He is currently the CEO of Energy Catalysis Inc. and previously held positions of Senior Research Engineer at HRI, Inc., Senior Consultant with EPA, Principal of Princeton Chemical Process Consulting & Research Inc., and Senior Engineer at Jet Propulsion Lab in California Institute of Technology. Furthermore, Dr. Ganguli holds eleven U.S. patents and has eleven publications in synthetic fuels, reaction knetics, and catalysis areas. Dr. Ganguli holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and BS in Chemical Engineering from Jadavpur University in India.
Mr. Walia has a Master’s degree in Chemical engineering and over 25 years’ experience in Fertilizer and Petrochemical Industry. He has worked in four EO/EG plants from project execution to plant start-up and operations in India, Iran, Bulgaria, and Mexico. At India Glycol and SMDL (RIL), Mr. Walia was responsible for Ethanol to EO/MEG projects from Concept to commissioning.
Mr. Badwe is PSI’s Country Director in India and in this capacity, he manages all the operations and business development activity in India and Asia. He brings in 20 years of work experience in product design, research and development (patents) and has worked with global companies such as Bell Labs (Lucent Technologies), GE, Emerson among others. He has a MS in Mechanical Engineering from USA.
Mr. Bhatia has degree in Chemical engineering from IIT, Mumbai, India and more than 30+ years of experience in Ethylene Oxide/ Glycols, fertilizers and other petrochemical industry. He has been involved in design and operations of multiple Ethanol based Ethylene and EO/MEG projects at India Glycols, Reliance industries (SM Dyechem), GTC (Greencol) Taiwan, JZC project in China and Hanwa Total (HTC), Lotte Chemicals and LG Chem projects in South Korea. His experience also includes Site management at India Glycols and as Vice president at Reliance industries (RIL). Mr. Bhatia also specializes in operators training, troubleshooting and operations management of Ethylene and Ethylene Oxide/ Glycol plants.
Mr. Padmawar holds a M.S Chemical Engineering degree from Texas A&M University. He has about 20 years of experience in process design of Ethylene, Ethylene Oxide, Glycols and other Petrochemical, Refinery, and Oil & Gas plants. He has worked with the technology groups of Shell Global Solution, ABB Lummus Global, Fluor, and Bechtel. He has significant expertise in process simulations and design. He has worked on all of recent Ethanol to Ethylene and EO/EG projects at Petron.
Mr. Ravindra Desai has over 23 years of experience in process simulation, basic and detailed engineering, commissioning for oil and gas, naphtha refineries, EO/MEG, and organic chemical sectors. Mr. Desai has previously worked with Aker Solutions, Honeywell, UDHE, Praj, and John Brown Technologies.
Mr. Sergey Tsvetkov is an accomplished bilingual Chemical Engineer graduate of New Jersey Institute of Technology. He is the Process Development Engineer and Systems Manager for Petron Scientech Inc / BioChem USA LLC. where he operates under the technical and engineering division to aid in the development of key international plant projects. Key abilities revolve around simulation, process design, and information technology. Previously, Mr. Tsvetkov has worked in pharmaceuticals as an R&D formulation chemist and also worked in operations, manufacturing various commercial drugs. Additionally, he has also worked in R&D for a NASA-Sponsored research project at NJIT.
